Product Designer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead design for one or more product areas from ideation to launch
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Conduct user interviews and synthesise research findings
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers during implementation
• Contribute to and maintain the TechNova design system
