HR Business Partner

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR business partnering experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience supporting engineering or technical organisations
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and R&D leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
• Lead performance management and talent review processes
• Manage complex employee relations matters with care and discretion
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
• Coach and develop managers on people leadership practices
